1. Website use

This website is provided for browsing our current stock and contacting us. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or scrape the service.

2. Stock accuracy

We make every effort to keep prices, specifications and photos accurate, but the website is a guide only. Vehicles are sold subject to availability and condition at the time of inspection. The signed sales order and invoice are the definitive record of any purchase; if a website listing conflicts with the signed order, the signed order prevails.

3. Reservations and deposits

• A reservation deposit holds the vehicle for the period agreed in writing at the point of payment (typically 48–72 hours).
• Reservation deposits are refundable if we are unable to fulfil the sale, or if the vehicle differs materially from what was advertised.
• Once a sales order is signed and the balance falls due, normal consumer-rights and contract terms in the signed order apply.

4. Finance, warranty and part exchange

Finance is provided by FCA-authorised lenders, subject to status. Warranty cover is provided either by us or by our warranty partner; full terms are given in writing at point of sale. Part-exchange valuations are subject to physical inspection and any undisclosed defects.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Otherwise our liability for use of this website is limited to direct losses reasonably foreseeable at the time you used it.

6. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page; the "last updated" date above tells you when it last changed.
